2019 Grad Night Ticket Sales

Ticket sales are during lunch time.  Sit at the picnic table in the courtyard in front of the counseling office.

Our Grad Night chairperson, Marti Johns, will be the keeper of the forms, tickets, and cash box.  She will be there at the beginning and end of each sale period (or make other arrangements with the volunteers).

There are waivers and event flyers to hand out. If student is over 18 they can sign for themselves but we still ask for contact information on everyone.  Forms need to be completely filled out, check to make sure their name is on the Senior graduation list we have, and confirm that their name on EHS student ID matches the name and signature on waiver form.

Price is $50 until May 5, and then goes up to $55.

1 more volunteer is needed to help with the following AP test. Proctoring involves strolling around the room to keep an eye on students, handing out & collecting paperwork, and lots of sitting quietly. Parents may not proctor tests their own students are taking, obviously, but otherwise there are no other restrictions. Please email me at if you're able to help. Thanks!

Wed., May 15: AP English Language & Composition Exam (juniors):  7:30 AM – 12 noon, EHS Lecture Hall

Thanks so much!

Tomatoes for Sale

The Eldorado Garden Club will be having its annual Plant Sale May 1st.  Please save some space in your gardens.  Our tomatoes are large and lovely this year, and we are already working to harden them off.

Builders Wanted

The Garden club needs some help with construction, in finishing our green house.  So those parents who love a building project are encouraged to contact Ms. Coughlin
