Eldorado Parent Organization

Eldorado High School’s After-School Study Hall are on Tuesday and Thursday in the Library from 2:30 – 4:30. This program is to help to provide students with a place to complete homework and use the computers. These times are not tutoring sessions. They need to be staffed by a minimum of two adults, one faculty/staff member and one parent volunteer. Glen Wellman has coordinated various businesses for donated food, which is usually served around 3:30 pm.

Parent volunteers must complete a background check. Please consider volunteering your time to help Eldorado High Schools student have this available to them.

The Eldorado High School Parent Organization (EPO) serves to:

  • Foster communication between parents and school
  • Provide a forum for parent concerns
  • Bring into closer relationship the home and school so that parents, staff, and community may cooperate effectively in the education of the students at Eldorado High School (EHS)
  • Encourage parent involvement at EHS through working committees directed toward the betterment of EHS

Here are a few ways you could help:

  • Donate drinks or food (homemade by you or purchased)
  • Greet people and pass out bulletins for events
  • Host at occasional special events
  • Join a committee and help with testing, the newsletter, the Eagle Closet, and so much more!
